CONDITIONS

A deposit of 50% of your tariff is required within fourteen days of making the booking.
If your deposit is not received within 14 days your booking will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations notified more than 30 days before occupancy will forfeit a 20% administration fee. Cancellations notified 30 days or less and more than 14 days prior to occupancy will forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellation 14 days or less prior to occupancy will forfeit all monies paid.

The number of persons staying must not exceed the maximum capacity.

Pets & Smoking

 Pets not permitted

Smoking not permitted inside the house

Breakages & Cleaning

All breakages to be reported to the owners. Tenants will be liable for replacement or repairs.

House is expected to be left clean and tidy.

Noise

This facility is a multi apartment style building, so please be aware of your noise level.

All the facilities provided are strictly for the use of paying tenants.
